Our Transitioning to Adulthood Coordinator Jen Bodiguel will be attending the Children’s Link session on Transitioning to Adulthood on October 20th. This session is located at: 8855 MacLeod Trail SW from 9:30-noon. This session is presented by Children’s Link transition consultant Lorna Selig, and covers AISH, PDD, and guardianship.
