The step into adulthood is a crucial transition for students and families.  Lorna Selig, the transition consultant at Children’s Link, leads a number of information sessions through the year for parents/guardians.  Topics covered include: adult services and supports, legal and financial considerations, guardianship/trusteeship options, and transition planning.  These sessions are relevant to our families with children ages 15 and up, and we encourage you to attend.
