Hello New Heights families

Could your family benefit from some extra support?  Were you aware that you could access support from a team dedicated to positive growth and success in your home and the community? I want to take this opportunity to make all families aware of the services provided by New Heights Home and Community Support (HCS).  

We work with families who have an approved FSCD contract for Specialized Services. Specialized Services provides a 1 year consultation and coaching to parents at home and in the community from a multi-disciplinary team including a developmental assistant, psychologist, occupational therapist, and speech language pathologist.

We also work with families who have an approved FSCD contract for Developmental or Behavioural Aide Supports. This program provides 6 months of consultation and coaching at home and in the community from a developmental assistant and professionals in one to two disciplines including occupational therapy, speech and language, or psychology.
