Speech Language Pathologist (0.6-1.0)
New Heights School & Learning Services runs a unique specialized program tailored to children, youth and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, or with similar learning differences. New Heights is a play-based program that utilizes the strengths and interests of each student to address developmental goals.
We are currently looking for one Speech Language Pathologist (0.6 FTE – 1.0 FTE) for our school program.
This position will include providing intervention, assessment, and consultation services in the classrooms and school. The position starts end of August 2025.
The ideal candidate will:
- be a flexible team member with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- registered or eligible to be registered with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA)
- have current professional liability insurance
- have experience working with autistic/neurodivergent children and/or youth
